Terms and Conditions

These Terms form a binding agreement between you (“User”) and CURANEXA TECHNOLOGIES (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED regarding use of the PhysioConnect platform (app and related services).

1. About PhysioConnect

PhysioConnect is a marketplace and coordination platform that connects patients with verified physiotherapists and supports related education users (students, teachers, clinical interns). Curanexa provides technology, matching, payments tooling, verification workflows, and safety features. Physiotherapists and other professionals remain responsible for their own clinical practice and professional duties.

2. Eligibility

Patients must be at least 16 years old.
Physiotherapists must hold (or truthfully apply with) valid professional credentials as required by the platform.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for OTP/password security and activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, false credentials, unpaid platform debt beyond policy limits, or breach of these Terms.

4. Nature of service — important disclaimer

PhysioConnect is not an emergency medical service, hospital, or substitute for emergency care. In an emergency, dial local emergency numbers (including options surfaced in-app such as 15 / 1122). Clinical decisions remain between patient and treating professional.

5. Bookings and home visits

Bookings, pricing negotiation, GPS session rules, cancellations, and home-visit conduct are governed by these Terms, the Refund/Cancellation Policy, and the Home-Visit Terms & Disclaimer. Approximate location may be shown before confirmation; exact location follows product rules after confirmation/proximity.

6. Payments and platform fees

Session prices are agreed between patient and provider subject to platform floor rules.
For standard physiotherapist sessions, the platform commission is 20% of the agreed session fee (non-negotiable).
Clinical intern sessions use a 70% / 20% / 10% split (intern side / platform / supervisor) as implemented on the platform.
Course sales may attract a platform fee as stated in the Teacher/Course Seller Agreement (currently 30% under product rules).
Payments may be collected via JazzCash or other methods we enable; wallet debt and prepaid rules apply as shown in-app.

7. Content, reviews, and hub

You retain rights to content you post, and grant Curanexa a licence to host and display it for platform operation. Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. Reviews must be honest and based on real sessions.

8. Privacy

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Contact: support@physioconnectpk.com.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse SOS, submit false documents, harass users, scrape the service, bypass security, or use the platform for unlawful activity.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, Curanexa is not liable for clinical outcomes, provider negligence, or losses arising from third-party payment networks, maps, or messaging providers. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first attempt good-faith resolution via support@physioconnectpk.com.
