Home-Visit Terms and Disclaimer

1. Scope
These terms apply to patients, physiotherapists, and supervised clinical interns using PhysioConnect for in-person visits arranged through the platform.
2. Not emergency care
- Do not use PhysioConnect as a substitute for emergency medical care.
- For emergencies, use local emergency services (in-app SOS may help dial 15 or 1122 and notify trusted contacts).
- Curanexa does not provide clinical diagnosis as a hospital or tele-ER.
3. Professional responsibility
Treating professionals are responsible for clinical assessment, consent for treatment techniques, hygiene, equipment, and professional conduct. Platform verification of credentials does not guarantee outcomes or eliminate clinical risk.
4. Patient responsibilities
- Provide accurate address, access instructions, and relevant medical history.
- Ensure a safe visit environment and, where appropriate, a responsible adult present.
- Disclose red-flag symptoms; seek emergency care if needed.
5. Location, GPS, and privacy
- Exact location may be revealed to the booked provider according to product rules.
- Session start may require GPS proximity confirmation.
- During “on my way”, providers may share live location with the booking parties.
- Location and visit data are processed under the Privacy Policy.
6. Session notes and records
Session notes may be created for continuity of care. Doctor-only private notes are not shown to patients. Supervised intern notes may appear to patients only after supervisor approval.
7. Cancellation and conduct
Cancellations follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Harassment, unsafe conduct, or false SOS misuse may lead to suspension and reporting.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Curanexa is not liable for injuries arising solely from clinical treatment decisions of independent professionals, or from conditions of the patient’s premises.
9. Acceptance
By confirming a home-visit booking on PhysioConnect, you acknowledge these Home-Visit Terms and Disclaimer.
