Teacher / Course Seller Agreement

1. Role

Teacher may publish educational courses and related content on PhysioConnect and, where applicable, participate in supervision of clinical interns subject to platform rules and verification.

2. Verification

Teacher warrants that affiliation, employment, and licence documents (where required) are accurate, and authorises admin review of uploaded documents.

3. Course content and IP

• Teacher retains ownership of original course content they create.
• Teacher grants Curanexa a licence to host, stream, promote, and deliver the content to purchasers on PhysioConnect.
• Teacher warrants content does not infringe third-party IP and is not unlawful or misleading.
• Curanexa may remove content that violates law, safety, or platform standards.

4. Platform fee

Unless a written amendment states otherwise, course sales on PhysioConnect attract a platform fee of 30% of the applicable course sale price under current product rules. Net amounts due to Teacher are recorded per platform finance tooling after successful payment verification.

5. Supervision share

Where Teacher acts as supervisor for intern sessions, the supervisor share (typically 10% of eligible intern session fee under platform rules) is governed by the intern commission model and ledger entries.

6. Student outcomes

Courses are educational. Curanexa and Teacher do not guarantee exam results, licence outcomes, or clinical competence solely from course completion.

7. Refunds

Course refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any purchase-time disclosures. Platform errors or duplicate charges will be corrected.

8. Termination

Either party may end the selling relationship subject to fulfilling paid student access obligations already purchased and settling finance balances.
