Student / Clinical Intern Agreement

Party B (Student / Intern): The user registering as Student or acting as Clinical Intern on PhysioConnect
Electronic acceptance constitutes signature.
1. Roles
Students may access education features. Clinical Intern status (where unlocked) allows supervised clinical activity under platform rules. Interns are not substitute fully independent licensed practitioners unless product status and law allow.
2. Unlock gates
Clinical intern unlock requires platform gates (including required courses and supervisor approval). Bypass is prohibited.
3. Supervision
- Interns work under designated supervisor arrangements on the platform.
- Supervised session notes may be visible to patients only after supervisor approval.
- Interns must follow supervisor instructions and professional conduct standards.
4. Earnings split (intern sessions)
For eligible intern sessions, platform economics follow 70% / 20% / 10% (intern side / platform / supervisor), recorded on the platform ledger. Standard 20%-only PT commission must not be applied to intern sessions incorrectly.
5. Patient safety and consent
Interns must not misrepresent licence status. Patients must be informed of supervised care where required. Home-Visit Terms and Privacy Policy apply.
6. Academic and identity information
University, enrollment, and related details must be accurate. False information may lead to suspension.
7. Confidentiality
Patient and clinical data must be kept confidential and used only for authorised care and education purposes on the platform.
8. Termination
Curanexa or a supervisor workflow may revoke intern privileges for safety, academic, or policy breaches. Outstanding wallet obligations remain payable.
